The Certified Biomedical Equipment Technician (CBET) certification is a prestigious credential offered by AAMI. To qualify for this certification, 🧲 candidates must have an associate's degree or higher in electronics technology and three years of experience as a biomedical equipment 🧲 technician, or they must have completed a biomedical equipment technology program in the US military and have two years of 🧲 experience as a biomedical equipment technician. This certification must be renewed every three years.
